We recently had quotes for a new front door and porch doors, Jason talked us through the options for replacing both sets of doors and in the end we went with Jason's recommendation to remove the porch doors completely and replace just the front door. Really good experience from start to finish. Survey and quotation completed quickly. Great communication on design and advice around what style, fittings and doors would work for us.

Everyone we met was punctual, polite and took time to explain the process and answer questions.

The fitters were top notch. They worked with us to get things done properly, allowing us time to think and plan around other tasks.

They took a lot of pride in getting things just so and the banter was genuine and funny especially whem they were cleaning up.
Which they did each day and made sure we were always left secure and safe.

When there were issues they took responsibility for getting it sorted. No need for us to chase or complain. A unit damaged in transit was replaced within 4 days.

We recently had all of our old box sash single-glazed windows removed and replaced with uPVC double glazing, along with having our back door replaced. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and well organised.
The fitters arrived on time, were polite and professional throughout, and clearly took pride in their work. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was fitted properly, and they also kept disruption to a minimum. Once the job was finished, they left the house clean and tidy, which we really appreciated.

We had STF to replace most of windows and doors. It was a very professional service and the quality of the products were excellent. The workmanship was great and they took away the windows they took out. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful and polite. Out of 3 quotes they came in the most competitive for a premium product.
We will definitely use them again for our bifolds when we renovate our kitchen.

I required urgent attention to the locking mechanism on my front door and contacted Secure Trade Frames online. They were very quick to get back in touch and an appointment was made with a clear estimate of what the costs would likely to be, based on a couple of options regarding potential faults. I had to change the agreed time at short notice but they re jigged their arrival to fit in with my availability. On arrival the work was completed efficiently and in a cheerful manner.
